“Lifestyle Medicine,” with Naiyi Anjali Huang! Learn science-backed nutrition, fitness, and wellness strategies!

“Lifestyle medicine” is a framework and tools backed by evidence-based research to empower individuals seeking a better way of life. It is innate in us that we want to be the best version of ourselves. It reflects in the six pillars of our lifestyle – Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Stress Management, Positive Social Connections, and Avoidance of Risky Substances. When one is out of balance, it impacts other aspects as well. In addition, the practice will keep us honest, reflecting both physical and non-physical elements.

Naiyi was trained at Harvard Medical School’s Health and Wellness coaching program in 2025, focusing on a holistic approach of “Lifestyle Medicine.” She completed her 500 HR yoga teacher training at Yoga Teacher Training Institute (YTTI) in Queens, New York in 2016, and her Meditation Teacher Training (MTT) in 2020.

In addition to practicing yoga and meditation, she is also passionate about empowering others to be their best. Naiyi hopes to deepen her practice and empower our communities one tiny change at a time.
