It’s important for employees to have access to tools and resources that can help them manage stress and improve their mental health, especially in the workplace where stress and pressure can be high. My work in facilitating guided meditation sessions and workshops can help employees find a sense of calm and balance, which can lead to increased productivity and overall well-being. Wang Community Health Center (CBWCHC), Kindred (for career change professionals), Project Management Institute NYC (PMINYC), Kenyan Frontline Healthcare Workers, Samsung, NYU Langone Community Health Workers, etc.

Weekly Meditation

I founded OMS in 2020 with a group of volunteer teachers. We are committed weekly to facilitating mindfulness and meditation for our communities. We are passionate about what we do and believe in serving our communities with a safe, diverse, and supportive environment as we grow together.
