Class I
This is an introductory workshop with 8 sessions to promote mindfulness and how to get started. We will practice and learn basic techniques and principles to calm our minds. Each session will be built on the previous sessions and practice. It is not a “one size fits all” practice, so engagement to learn, practice, and ask questions is key to discovering your practice! Each session will be 45 minutes; We will start with a theme or concept, then 15 minutes of guided mindfulness meditation, with Q&A at the end.
Class II
This is an 8-session workshop to deepen our mindfulness and meditation practice.
Drop-In Meditation
A bi-weekly drop-in meditation workshop for 4 sessions. Allow us to practice consistently for 8 weeks and rediscover our practice. It is a 30 to 45-minute session with 15 minutes optional at the end for Q&A.
