參加課程細節

自備瑜伽墊,輕鬆舒適的穿著。安全起見,也請各位進入瑜伽教室時要脫鞋與脫襪。請上課前一小時不要吃東西。

瑜伽課程1小時,課後有問答時間回答各位的疑慮。30分鐘前可以開始進場。

Goal : To promote yoga to general population who are new and want to try out yoga.  

Reason : If you always want to try out yoga, but did not have an opportunity before, here is a one time 3 free sessions that will be available at the end of this summer.

There are limited number of people per session, please register. Once confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email.

Class details:

Each shall bring their own mat and dress in comfortable cloth.  Will ask students to take off shoes and socks on the mat for safety purpose. Do not eat 1 hour before class.

The class will be one hour long. Teacher and volunteers will arrive early and will stay after class for some questions and answers.
