Yoga – open to all levels (Beginners welcome)

  2. Exhale to Inhale
    • As a Trauma-informed yoga teacher, I teach at St. John University, Queen’s College, York university, and at events in the New York City area, offering yoga practice as a safe space to heal and a time to clear our minds.
  3. Tzu-Chi Buddhist Charity Foundation
    • Tuesday 7:15pm EST (Hatha yoga in Mandarin, 慈濟中文瑜珈課)
  4. Intentional Health and Wellness
    • Offer teachers and parents at New York public schools gentle yoga weekly or at events to promote self-care for a healthy mind and body.
  5. Yoga with Naiyi online
    • Sunday, 9:00 a.m. EST – please sign up here. 
    • LIVE at Yellowstone Park in the summer.
